Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between neandercab, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg (hereinafter "Contractor") and the customer (hereinafter "Client") for the provision of passenger transport, courier and medical transport services.

Deviating conditions of the client are not recognized unless the contractor expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Booking & Contract

Bookings can be made by telephone, email or via the online booking form on our website. A contract is concluded when the contractor confirms the booking in writing or by email.

The client is obliged to provide all information necessary for the execution of the ride completely and correctly at the time of booking.

§ 3 Prices & Payment

Prices are based on the respectively agreed offer. All prices include the statutory value added tax.

For regular rides (e.g. medical transport), monthly billing can be arranged. Invoices are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.

§ 4 Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed departure time. For cancellations within 24 hours before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fare will be charged.

If the client does not show up without prior cancellation, the full fare will be charged.

§ 5 Liability

The contractor is liable for damage to persons and property caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior of its employees.

For courier transports, the contractor is liable up to a maximum amount of 500 euros per shipment, unless a higher value was declared and insured at the time of booking.

§ 6 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Düsseldorf.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
