This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers.
The use of the hoster is in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

If you contact us by email, telephone or contact form, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not share this data without your consent.

Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our booking form from automated requests. A security token is generated and transmitted to Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

Email Sending (Booking Form)
When submitting the booking form, your data is sent to us via email through our SMTP server. The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email with a summary of your request. Data is stored for the duration of the business relationship or until legal retention periods expire. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Our website offers the option to contact us via WhatsApp. When using this feature, data is transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) or Meta Platforms Inc. (USA).

Address Autocomplete (Photon/OpenStreetMap)
Our booking form uses the Photon geocoding service by Komoot (based on OpenStreetMap data) for address completion. When entering an address, your input is transmitted to photon.komoot.io.
